RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI WARGA BERBASIS WEB DENGAN WIX STUDI KASUS PERUMAHAN GRIYA ANGGRAINI RT.05 RW.11

The citizen information system is an important tool in supporting administrative services and communication between RT administrators and residents. Currently, many housing complexes still use manual methods such as short message boards via WhatsApp groups to convey information, which are often inefficient and prone to being missed. This study aims to design and build a web-based citizen information system that can be accessed by all residents in the Griya Anggraini Housing Complex RT.05 RW.11. The system development method is carried out using the Wix.com platform without using programming (no coding). The research process begins with system requirements
analysis, interface design, implementation through Wix features, to system testing using the Black Box Testing method. The results of the study show that the system built
successfully provides key features such as announcements, activity calendars, letter request forms, and important contact pages. All features are tested and run according to their functions, and can increase the efficiency and transparency of citizen services. This study proves that a no-coding development platform can be an effective solution for
building information systems in small-scale communities.
